your tasks
  • End-to-end responsibility for the technical support with a focus on short, medium- and long-term maintenance
  • Maintenance budget responsibility 
  • Coordination of all the technical activities ongoing including maintenance, Clients scopes and upgrades
  • Participation in meeting with Clients and potential Customers and active participation of upselling of the products and services
  • Liaison with external and internal stakeholders

  • Technical project management experience
  • Self-driven and proactive approach
  • Experience in drilling, oil&gas or maritime industry
  • Stakeholder management and delegation skills are key to success in this position
  • Able to build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Able to develop and deliver multi-code communication that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Able to step up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said
  • Able to create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
  • High level of flexibility required for new tasks and priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience in engineering, shipbuilding, offshore projects or similar relevant multidiscipline
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Business acumen and strong customer focus
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s Engineering degree or similar
  • You are comfortable with 15% annual travel
